چکیده
Abstract Study question Is thin endometrium (<6 mm) associated to an abnormal receptivity status? Summary answer Thin is significantly with a displaced WOI. What known already The measurement of endometrial thickness by 2D vaginal ultrasound (US) routine practice in Assisted Reproduction Techniques (ART). poor reproductive outcome; however, the potential reason unknown. design, size, duration Retrospective cohorts study including 25,888 patients which lining was measured US day before progesterone supplementation HRT cycles for frozen embryo transfers and Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) performed after 5 days administration. classified as < 6 mm, 6-12 or > 12 mm; ERA results were considered receptive WOI (Pre-receptive, post-receptive, proliferative, late-receptive) that needs personalized transfer (pET). Participants/materials, setting, methods from one layer other on longitudinal transvaginal scan at site maximum evidenced US. For analysis, RNA extracted sequenced NGS. Ultrastructural Modifications of Human Endometrium during the Window of Implantation
The endometrium is a highly dynamic tissue empowered with the capacity to undergo cyclic dramatic changes in response to ovarian steroid hormones, ultimately aiming to create a window of receptivity for blastocyst implantation. Intensive research has been performed to understand and establish morphological and molecular correlates of embryo implantation. However, it still remains a biological m...
متن کاملComparative evaluation of NOTCH signaling molecules in the endometrium of women with various gynecological diseases during the window of implantation
Objective(s): NOTCH signaling pathway is well known for its role in cell fate, cell survival, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. Some of the NOTCH signaling genes are critical for endometrial function and implantation in animals and appear to play a similar role in humans. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the potential roles of some main components of the NOTCH family in hu...

chapter i provides an overview of structural linguistics and touches upon the saussurean dichotomies with the final goal of exploring their relevance to the stylistic studies of literature. to provide evidence for the singificance of the study, chapter ii deals with the controversial issue of linguistics and literature, and presents opposing views which, at the same time, have been central to t...

Embryo implantation requires that the blastocyst will attach during the receptive stage of the endometrium, known as window of implantation (WOI). Historically, it has been assumed that the WOI is always constant in all women. However, molecular analyses of endometrial receptivity demonstrates a personalized WOI (pWOI) that is displaced in one out of four patients suffering from recurrent impla...
متن کاملCurrent Strategies to Manage a Thin Endometrium
One of the key factors for successful embryo implantation is the presence of a receptive endometrium. The achievement of a receptive endometrium involves proliferation and thickening of the endometrium, synchronization of the micro architectural changes of the endometrium with the stage of embryo development and the presence of a proper cytokine environment [1]. Despite its complexity, the proc...
